Alex, aka “Chiz", grew up in Fall River, Nova Scotia and graduated from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2016. Alex has proven, through determination, his keen desire to learn, skill and passion, to be his own force to be reckoned with in the real estate industry.

Though his focus growing up was basketball, leading his high school and university teams to multiple provincial and national appearances, he inevitably fell in love with the nuances of real estate and hasn’t looked back since.

Now, not only is Alex a popular agent, known for his rapt attention to clients’ needs and his relentless commitment to results, but he’s also busy growing and managing his real estate portfolio.

When this new construction and multi-family specialist isn’t solving complicated real estate puzzles for his clients, he’s on the basketball court, or at the beach with Rock Dog.

The youngest of the Chisholm boys; Mack brings an insatiable eagerness and real estate technical know-how to The Chisholm Group. After graduating from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2020, Mack spent 2 years handling the administrative duties of 4 high volume industry leading Realtors including that of father Dan and brother Alex. In the summer of 2022 Mack decided it was time to enter into the sales and marketing fold thus became a licenced agent with Sutton Group Professional Realty and The Chisholm Group.

Mack is well accustomed to the 7 day grind of real estate professionals, however, in his off time he can be found swinging a golf club, shooting hoops with his brothers and buddies, or just living the good life with his special someone, Makayla.

Ben, accompanied by his beloved wife, currently resides in the Halifax Regional Municipality within the charming community of Fall River—a place dear to his heart where he spent his formative years.

Since graduating from Mount Allison University in 2013, Ben has built a successful career in the real estate industry. Initially, he served as an agent at Sutton Group Professional Realty in Halifax from 2013 to 2016 before moving westward. In Edmonton and Vancouver, Ben specialized as a commercial real estate appraiser, earning his AACI Appraisal Designation.

Ben's involvement in real estate extends beyond appraisal work; he actively participates in both the resale and new home construction markets in Halifax. Within the Chisholm Group, his invaluable appraisal skills are deployed extensively to provide exceptionally accurate property evaluations within the single-family home market.

In his leisure hours, you can often find Ben playing basketball in local gyms or meticulously personalizing the new Marchand Home build he now calls home.
